LOOMORAThis Privacy Policy explains how Loomora (the “app”) and the website at blocksorttower.click (the “site”) handle information. The short version: Loomora is a private, offline archive for your yarn collection, and we do not collect your data.
01Information we collect
We do not collect, receive, store or sell any personal information from the app. Loomora has no user accounts, no sign-in, no servers of its own, and no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The app does not need an internet connection and does not send your data anywhere.
02Data stored on your device
Everything you create in Loomora stays locally on your iPhone or iPad:
- yarn records: names, brands, fiber, shade, weight, needle or hook size, storage location and notes;
- dye lots, quantities, remaining grams and meters, purchase dates and usage history;
- color palettes, saved projects and your app settings;
- photos you add to a yarn record, saved in the app’s private storage.
This data is under your control. Deleting the app removes it from your device. We cannot see it or recover it for you.
03Camera and photo library
Loomora asks for access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to add a photo to a yarn record. Photos you pick or take are copied into the app’s private storage and are never uploaded. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Loomora.
04Notifications
If you turn on the optional low-stock reminder, Loomora asks for notification permission. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push-notification service is used and no notification data leaves your device. You can switch reminders off in the app or in iOS Settings.
05Export and backup
Loomora can create a CSV file, a PDF file or a local backup file of your collection. These files are generated on your device and handed to the standard iOS share sheet. You decide where they go (Files, AirDrop, Mail, iCloud Drive, another app, and so on). Once you share a file, the service you choose handles it under its own privacy policy. Restoring a backup reads only the file you select.
06Tracking and third parties
The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. Loomora’s Apple privacy manifest declares that no data is collected and no tracking takes place.
07This website
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces (Fraunces and Nunito) from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends your IP address and basic request details to Google when a page loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Contact form. The form on the site is a visual demo only. It does not transmit or store what you type. To reach us, send an email to the address below.
- No cookies or analytics. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
- Hosting. Like any web server, our host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and reliability.
- Links. The site links to the App Store and to Apple’s Terms of Use. Those services have their own privacy practices.
08Email you send us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to improve the app, and we do not share it with anyone. We delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed.
09Children’s privacy
Loomora does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to share or sell.
10Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can view, edit, export or delete everything inside the app at any time. If you have written to us by email and want that correspondence removed, tell us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if a future version of Loomora adds a feature that handles data differently. The “Last updated” date above will change, and significant changes will be described in the app’s release notes.
